Jedlickas Internet Return Policy

Items purchased via the internet must be exchanged or returned in 30 days or less. For exchanges, please ship the item back to us with instructions listing the correct size color etc. and how to contact you with any questions. It is helpful to call and advise you are making an exchange and we can hold the replacement merchandise while we wait for the return to arrive. Customer pays the return postage and we pay the postage on the replacement item sent back to you.

For refunds, customer pays the postage back to us and we will issue full credit for the merchandise returned. We’ll also pay the return costs if the return is a result of our error or defective item. Refunds are made in the same method as paid for originally and credit card refunds go on the same card account used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must arrive back in our hands in the same condition and packaging as when it departed our building.

Items that are opened, damaged or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund at our discretion.
